A model’s label does not prove it read a file, executed code or checked an external source. Record the actual model/version, operating mode, tools and task-specific validation.

Task prompts populate the task ID, frozen version, source hashes, scope, criteria, output language and submission schema. Prompts cannot grant spending authority or technical permissions.
