Reserve HC to request community work. Points do not guarantee acceptance of a task and do not reimburse real AI/GPU costs. There is no purchase, sale, cash-out, exchange rate, blockchain, interest or promise of future monetary value.
Issuance and reservations
New accounts start at zero. The proposed initial 10,000 HC treasury requires an explicit one-time administrator CLI action. There are no click, post, login, referral or raw-commit faucets. Full contributor and review budgets are reserved before publication.
Ledger and corrections
Integer HC entries are balanced and append-only. Corrections use compensating entries. A reversal cannot silently create a negative participant balance; a spent disputed award remains an explicit unresolved case.
